COVID-19
1. Contact me if you have any trouble with shipping rates - some countries might not show up as available for standard price despite being available. I can check and add it to the options.
2. If your country is currently unavilable - I can offer the standard shipping price if you are willing to make the purchase without getting your package sent yet - until your country becomes available for standard services (and it might take a long time).
3. I am very sorry for the inconvenience. I will try to answer any questions you have as fast as I can. Thank you for your patience!

Discount codes
1. You write it down at the check out, but can only use one per order, so pick the one that fits you best! If you need to combine percentage discount and a shipping discount - contact me with the list of items you want to buy and the code you'd want to use, so I can make a flat-rate discount code (with an established amount, instead of percentage).
2. Please be sure the code went in! It should show up the price AFTER the discount.

Shipping details
1. Orders are usually shipped out within seven days (five working days), usually on Fridays/Mondays. I often pack it within 24 hours though and might sometimes send tracking info before getting the order to the post office. If it's really busy week/there are backlogged orders, it might take up to two weeks. Thank you for your patience!
2. Orders are shipped from Poland. Based on experience shipping usually takes around:
a. 1 working day for Poland
b. 1 week for European contries
c. 2 weeks for the United States. 
d. 3 to 4  weeks for Canada, Australia, South America.
3. Despite sending the tracking number, full tracking isn't available for all countries - but you should at least be able to see when it has been shipped out and when did it leave my country.
4. Please allow a few weeks of delay. In case of the order getting lost or damaged please contact me to resolve the issue. I have no control over your order after mailing it, but it doesn't mean I don't care if you get it!

Packaging:
1. Sometimes, but not always I send the charms with the protective foil still on - on one or both sides - to prevent it from scratches! If your charm had the bottle filled with stars, is printed on both sides, you bought other sharpish objects that travel in the same package - you are more prone to getting them with the foil still on.
2. Prints are sent with cardboard, packed in foil or tissue paper.  
3. I am testing out new ways of packaging while looking for eco-friendly but durable solutions - if you have any questions or suggestions, please let me know in this form or at [email protected] !

PRE-ORDERS
1. Items on pre-order are not yet produced and I won't be able to ship them out until they reach me. There is a general estimation for when I expect them to be ready in the product description.
2. Sometimes delivery or prodution is delayed, and I will be trying to update on the status in the product descriptions! I continue learning and working hard for the pre-order period to be shorter and more efficient! I am very sorry for any delays. 

Can I add items to my order?
1. If your order isn't sent yet, you can make another one without the shipping price, so yes! Just contact me to get the code. Bigcartel allows only one code per order so if you want to combine the promos, I need to count it myself and write a flat-rate discount (with an amount instead of percentage), so give me a sign for that, too!

Return policy:
1. The fees I will be dealing with and irreversibility of certain actions force me to offer a refund up to 90-95% of the price before shipment (depending on the situation) and no returns after shipment. Thank you for understanding! Please contact me for individual cases.
2. If you need additional pictures or information before choosing the product - just contact me!

Privacy:
1. I will be using your personal data just to finalize your order (and in very rare cases I may contact you directly to do that).

Payment Issues:
If your card is refused with an error and you know it's not your limits, wrong data etc, it might be just bank blocking a "suspicious" payment - despite you paying previously with the card, even in the same shop.
Here is what to do:
1. Call your bank, for example number on your card, and explain you just tried to pay but it didn't process your transaction - they should tell you why and how to fix it.
OR
2. Try processing your card data through PayPal - without logging in, just by entering your card data - at least it worked for me without any additional charges , but banks and cards might work differently, so be sure to check the agreements, policies etc
3. Try a different card.
I noticed an increase of errors and I sure as hell found my own annoying, it was so out of the blue, but, regretfully, I can't do anything more on my side to help.
