Mezzy's shop is always a delight to visit and constantly keeps improving! Aside from having great quality merch that never disappoints, I really appreciate a good customer service. As someone who had unfortunate experiences beforehand, I was doubtful as a first time customer, but all my questions were answered fast and detailed! If there is to be an inconvenience one day, I am assured we can solve it without a hitch. Always puts a smile on my face to get an order from an artist who manages to show their sincerity while maintaining their proffessionalism! From the thank you notes to the extra goodies, I never regretted a purchase from this shop and I feel so privilaged to be able to decorate my home with all this beautiful art.

The best Klance merch in the galaxy! The package was prepared in an incredibly thorough manner. I forgot my discount code so Mezzy sent me a free penalty Cuddlers stickers. The best punishment for forgetfulness ever 😂❤️

Mezzy sells some of the most beautiful, high quality merch I have come across but what I really have to commend is their incredible customer service — not only has every interaction I’ve had with Mezzy been pleasant and very positive, her attention to detail and level of care is phenomenal. When I moved countries between making two orders, she noticed and reached out to me to ask if I still wanted my packages sent to two different addresses. I have to mention that preorder items can take a while to ship as, during COVID times, it may take longer than usual for some items to arrive for her but that is in no part Mezzy’s fault and should you choose to buy something, you’ll definitely be happy with it! I appreciate that Mezzy tries to keep the packaging eco-friendly whenever possible. And I love how personalized the thank you messages are!
