- Orders are usually shipped out within seven working days, but it might take up to two weeks. Pre-orders are sent out after the production period, which in some cases might take months.
- Orders are shipped from Poland (EU).
- Based on experience shipping usually takes around:
- 1 working day for Poland
- 1-2 weeks for European countries
- 1-4 weeks for Canada, Australia, South America, Asia.
- Currently, most tracking numbers can be looked up here: https://emonitoring.poczta-polska.pl/?lang=en, or here https://www.poczta-polska.pl/sledzenie-przesylek/ and then, often, on your country's post office's official sites once they cross the border. Precise tracking is not guaranteed, it depends on what is available for different countries.
- Each order has a payment for just one package - so if you have any pre-order items in your order, it will be shipped when the last item is out of production.
- In case of any questions or issues, the order getting lost or damaged please contact me to resolve the issue. I have no control over your order after mailing it, but it doesn't mean I don't care if you get it!
- Please keep in mind each return is treated separately, but the payment fees and irreversibility of certain actions force me to offer a refund up to 90-95% of the price before shipment and no returns after shipment. Thank you for understanding!

What are Pre-orders?
1. Items on pre-order are not yet produced and I won't be able to ship them out until they reach me. There is a general estimation for when I expect them to be ready in the product description.
2. Sometimes delivery or production is delayed, and I will be trying to update on the status in the product descriptions! I continue learning and working hard for the pre-order period to be shorter and more efficient! I am very sorry for any delays.Β
Can I add items to my order?
1. If your order isn't sent yet, you can make another one without the shipping price, so yes! Just contact me to get the code. Bigcartel allows only one code per order so if you want to combine the promos, I need to count it myself and write a flat-rate discount (with an amount instead of percentage), so give me a sign for that, too!
My card doesn't work.
If your card is refused with an error and you know it's not your limits, wrong data etc, it might be just bank blocking a "suspicious" payment - despite you paying previously with the card, even in the same shop.
Here is what to do:
1. Call your bank, for example number on your card, and explain you just tried to pay but it didn't process your transaction - they should tell you why and how to fix it.

3. Try a different card.
